Refund Policy
Last updated: March, 2026
At Cosmic Tools, we strive to ensure your experience with our platform is stellar. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our services.
1. Refund Window
We offer a 7-day (1 week) refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, the service must meet specific criteria regarding downtime and functionality. We require that the service or tool you purchased is not working for a consecutive period of 3 to 4 days within the refund window.
Important: Intermittent downtime or temporary outages lasting less than 3 consecutive days do not qualify for a refund. We track downtime rigorously and will verify claims against our server logs.
3. Service Scope & Partial Failures
Many of our plans offer access to a comprehensive suite of tools. Our policy regarding partial failures is designed to be fair to both the user and the platform maintenance efforts.
Large Plan Exclusion: If your purchased plan includes access to over 20 tools, and only 1 or 2 specific tools are malfunctioning while the rest of the suite remains operational, a refund will not be issued. In such cases, we prioritize fixing the affected tools, but partial tool failure does not constitute a failure of the overall service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- • Your registered email address
- • Transaction ID / Order ID
- • Specific details of the non-working service and duration
5. Processing Refunds
Once your request is received and verified against our eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
